LONDON, September 5, It is expected that Sir Ernest Shackleton will proceed to Australia, via England, to command the Aurora in the rescue of the Ross Sea party. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association}. LONDON, September 5. Mr Frank Wild's party, marooned on Elephant Island, thought that Sir Ernest Shackleton was dead. They did not expect to be rescued.
