Men already registered need not supply an enrolment-card, but must, not later than Kith 'September, notify present address if place of abode lias changed since registration, Men reaching military age, or arriving in the Dominion after lb'th September, must supply enrol-ment-cards within fourteen days thereafter. ' Changes of abode after enrolment must be notified within 'fourteen days. , THE ACT makes the reservist's obligation to do any of the above things a poraonal one, and he is not relieved by information previously given to recruiting officer or committee. Licenses are required to import goods into New Zealand from all countries except Britain, British possessions, France, Japan, and the United States. (b.) A license must be obtained from the Comptroller of Customs, before the goods arc ordered, for each iinn with whom it is desired to trade.
