M„ Myers, Minister of Munitions, stated to-day, that as the case of Levy was still sub-judico he could not make any statement w\ the subject except to say that tho cnncella- , tion of the contract would not make any difference. So far as obtaining supplies was concerned, arrangements had been made for the completion of the balance of the,contract, said the Minister.
