While a pupil of the Kohimnrama aviation school was making a Caudron lliglit in a seaplane, he met with an accident, insulting in the machine falling into the sea, and causing damage to the wooden framework and to one of the lloats. The pupil, escaped with an immersion in Ihe water. 'Die mishap was caused-by the machine ascending at a too acute an angle, or in professional language, "stalling." The seaplane was about seventy feet in the air when it fell, A launch attached to the aviation school/went to the rescue, and after taking the pilot on board towed the damaged machine ashore,
