The Oversea' members of flip Empire Parliamentary Union this week will proceed to Canada, Tho Hon, F. S, Keating ami the Hon. W. 0. F. Carnernss will remain for a few days. They have been appointed to the Repatriation Committee in connection with the devastated districts.of France and Belgium. The Royal Agricultural Society under the King's patronage, is moving to restore and replenish the ruined areas, Messrs Keating and are making a tour of the districts,

At a farewell dinner the Hon. Arthur Henderson, presiding, said'the visitors would depart with the positive assurance that Great Britain.and her AJllPii were determined there .'would lio.no dishonourable pea,co, neither premature or belated consistent with the Allies' great ideals,
