ATTEMPTING TO SHOOT.

SCORINGE SENTENCED,

(Per Cable—l'ross Association—Copyright.) SYDNEY, August 38. Charles Scoringe, aged twenty-six years, was to-day sentenced to three years' imprisonment for attempting to shoot a policeman. He had a Jong list of convictions in New Zealand.
