The Minister of Defence, in reply to a 1 letter - conveying this ' resolution, states that Cabinet lias decided that with the coming into operation of the Military Service' Act, the rate of pay of members of the Expeditionary Force •hall commence in full from'.the time, of their coming into camp, and there sliall be no deduction for the ilrst month in camp, .
