POSITION OF HOTELKEEPERS.

The "anti-shoutingregulations under the War Regulations Act game into •force yesterday morning, and the Wellington .Licensed 'Victuallers' Association has issued the following circular: The regulations come;>into, force on Mondav, and-their effect'is:— '

(a).
