E, Dovan, (president) 'in the chair, and Messrs C. P, Herbert,',]' P. Molloy, W, Couper, A,-G„Hebden'ji Eadie, J. Reul, P. Holland, M.K, McCulloch, R, J, Hinldey, and J. Genie ("Secretary). ' _ Permission was granted to the Excelsior Club to travel to Tiiiiaru on -the 7th September, and Mr.!', Holland.was appointed manager for the trip. The Referees' Association submitted' 1 proposed by-laws, which w.ere confirm-' 1 ed by the committee, and"a grant-of £1 I/- was made to the association by the ' sub-union. WAIMATE v. NORTH OTAGO.
