ALLEGED FALSE DECLARATION.
1 ■.-♦- DEFENCE .OFFICES; IN TROUBLE. (Per' Press Association,) WELLINGTON, August 23. In the Magistrate's Court to-day, David Brooks Piiinell, a young soldier on the Permanent Staff, pleaded guilty to making 'a false, declaration for the purpose of procuring a marriage certificate. Accused was submitted to the Supreme Count for sentence.
