UNAUTHORISED BADGES.
—t RESTRICTIONS TO BE ENFORCED. (Per Press Association,) WELLINGTON, August 19. ~ The Government is considering the question of placing restrictions on the "wearing of unauthorised badges, It is understood that a regulation will be gazetted almost immediately making it illegal for any man to wear on his arm ftliy badge but a red armlet or khaki armlet. The wearing of these unauthorised badges in Wellington, at any rate, is becoming increa»ingl,V| common, and 'shortly, when the Military. Service Act ig'in operation, the wearing of the badges will be a matter of considerable importance. The Returned Soldiers' Association has declared in favour of this step. _
