(2) No person shall cut any cocksfoot or other grass for seed on any road under the control of the Council, without the previous consent in writing of.lhe Council. • (3V This By-law : shall apply to all roads under tho control of I lie Council and for a period comprising the months of October, Kovember, December, January, February, and March in each (4) Any person who shall set in contravention of or fail to comply with any provision of this By-law is liable,for such offence on summary conviction to a fine of an amount in the discretion of the Court indicting the same, but in no case exceeding £5. (5) This By-law shall come into force on the Ist day of November, 1914.
