The said resolution, will 'be submitted for eoiilirnmtiun as a Special Order to the ondinaiy meeting of the.said Council to bo held at the office of the Paid Council situate in Thames Street, Oamaru, on WEDNESDA Y,' the 23nl DAI of SEPTEMBER, M 4, at I p.m., at which meeting the day of the coming into force of the By-law will lie lixed. A full copy of "the proposed Special Order and By-law is deposiled at the ollice of the said Council situate in Thames Street, Oamaru, where the same will lie open for public, inspection during office hours until the continuing meeting is .held.
