Per Press Association. Greymoulii', Feb. 3. The Magistrate's Court was occupied all afternoon tearing a case against three passive resisters — John M'Taggart, R. J, Wearne. and Jns. Nuttall —'for obstructing Mawhera Quay -by an address on antimilitarism on tto 25th ' January. They came from Rununga to Greyinouth and Mocked traffic for an hour. The point, raised by the defence was whether tbj obstruction was cautetl hy the defendants or tile crowd. The Magistrate reserved his decision.
