HOLMES,—On the 3rd inst., at the . residence of his son-in-law, Edward Emmett, Thames street north, Samuel Holmes, late of Richmond, aged 84 years.. The 'funeral will leave the residence, 'Thames street, on Tuesday, 6th instant, at 2 p.m., for the Oamaru Cemetery, 'Friends are invited' to' kindly attend. •JOHN MOORE, Undertaker, Thames street.
