Millar has been town to the fact by Wellington coal dealers that tho Statq Coal Department has been delivering coal on tho statutory balHiolWay, whereas ihey aro bound by the Arbitration Act award to observe a weekly Mf-holiday on Saturday, to* ing the day selected.
