ST. ANDREWS SALE.
(Tijns.ru Herald.) There was a good attendance farmers, and buyers at St. Andrew 8 yards on Friday. There were entrie ß of about 300 sheep, and 50 head "uattlo; and ut very good sale resulted' nearly all the lines being cleared at prices a little higher than at tho last sale. Fat ewes brought 19s; 2-tooth three-quarter bred ewes in lamb, 19s 6d; full and failing-mouthed half bred ewe in lamb, 16s 8d; three-quarter bred ewes hoggets (forward), 15s Id; three-quarter bred hoggets, 13s .(id; broken mouthed owes in lamb, 12s 3d; forward 4-tooth wethers, 16s lOd. Cattle—Springers, £7 10s to £lO ss; fat steer, £7 12s fid; 18-months'-old steers, £,4 5s to £4l2s 9d; 18-months'-oldheifers, £4lsa to £5 lo3;vearliug heifers, £4 Is.
