BY TELEGRAPH. Wellington, November 18, The Agent-General's cablegram, dated Lpndon 16th, says that the average price of Panterbury mutton is 3|d, W.M.E. Company, Dunedin and Southland 3jd, North Island 3Jd; River Plate 3d. The market is depressed, and the quantity going into consumption at present is very small, while stocks on hand are h»avy..
