Keceived June 15, at 12.50 a.m. Constantinople, Juno 14. The Sultan has appealed to the Emperors of Russia and Germany to aavsisfe in maintaining the claim put forward by Turkey for ths retention* of Thessaly. The Sultan i 3 highly displeased at the action of the foreign Embassies in delaying negotiations for a settlement of peace.
