The Union Company's s.s. Omaporo arrived from tho North yesterday afternoon. She landed 100 tons of coal for this port, and took in outward cargo, leaving in tho avoniug for Dunedin. The ship Waipa arrived at Timaru on Saturday from the North to land 300 tons of cargo. After doing bo eho comes on to Oamaru to load wool for London, and is expected about the end of the weok.
