The Appeal Courl cwo of Eccles v. Hall is being argued. Tho case was removed for argument from Otiristchurchp, and involves a question arising out of tho bankruptcy of Hirpor and Co. The plaintiff in the executor of Major Eccles, tonnerlyaule-do-cimp to Sir Wm. Jervoie, and the defendants arc Sir John Hall and Mr Wostonra, trustees of tho will of tho late Sir Cracrofb Wilson and his widow. Tho plaintiff claims to recover LfiOO from tho defendants for consideration of tho transfer of a mortgage. The case in proceeding.
