In twoprosocutione under tho Oflftinflivo Publications Act one was dismissed on technical grounds, and in another tho deci8ton was adjourned to look up authorities. Thoro was a great cccno ab tho One* hungft Borough Ouuncil ovor tho accounts Fn connection with tho comefeery question and tho costa in itn fftvor to the Government. Eventually the Mayor(Mrs Yates) loft the chair, and the meeting broke up.
