Its object is to upsob certain deeds whereby John Viceroy, now decoasod, assigned Bomo'land in t^us^ for tho beno^b of hh wifo nnd tyro youngest sons, tqtyi} exclusion of other members of his family. Tho plaintiff (one of his daughters), alloged tint the deceased was of unsound mind at the time of making tho deeds, and that he was completely under thp dominion and control of his wifo.
