The Hon. Jtoberb Hart, M.L.0., died ycßtorday, Ho was eighty yeara of age »nd h»d been fifty-one ynars in Wolling' ton. In 1854 ho was olooted member for Wellington in the first Parliament hold in Auckland, and in 1872 was called to tho Upper llou9o. He was ono of tho oldest Froomasons in tho oolony.
