In the Bankruptcy Court, Henry Ben* jarain applied for his discharge. It transpired that ho had offered L2OO plus the dividend to the Rer. Mr Harrington, who opposed hie discharge three ycara ago. As thu matter had not boon reportod to tho Official Aoaignee, his Honor ordered it to stand ovor till Frid»y, fchen to bo mentioned in Chambers.
