'Ihe Corn Exchange report (per F. Denham, secretary), for week ending 10th September, 1892, is as follow* : Whent — Some exporters with whom we are best acquainted seem to take their losses w ith equanimity, consoling themsblves with the reflection that they are not alone, though .hey candidly admit any profit made list ye<r has been swallowed up this. The lot of ihe too much-abused middleman is not 'i hippy one. The market for all classes of cereals is not flat, it is concave.
