G. Handicaps to appear in the North OUgo Times of 27th September. 7. Horses not at the post at the advertised time of starting are liable to a fine of Two Guineas. 8. Five per cent will be deducted from all winnings for expenses. 9 Nominators to give previous performance and colors of riders. 10. The Trotting Race will be under the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. 11. Nominations to be under cover and marked " Nominations only.
