A' tin P .lico Curt, A. G. Reynolds was fined L 5 and cosia for supplying liquor to a mun at Gore, who was con* victed of selling without a license. The Bench held th-»t the defendant having obuined his license after the date of tha offence, at Gore, he could not be relieved of liability. His counsel g*va notice to appeal.
