Tho latter lus a good outside clianco. Correzo is looking woll. At Caul field yesterday Greygown finished in front of Glenloth over a good milo and a half. G'Naroo and Dundas finished together two lengths in advance of Wild Hose, doing tho milo and a half in 2mins 48sccs. Dillon has advanced again to 100 to' 12 for tho Ciulfiold Cup. Carbine is now a slightly better favorite than Malvolio and Vengeance for tho Melbourne Cup at 100 to 10 (taken.) Stromboli is second favorite for the Derby at 100 to 20. Received October 14, at 10 p.m. Melbourne, October 14. Strath more is easier for tho V.Il.O. Derby, and 2 to 1 is offered against him. Tho othor quotations are 5 to 1 Stromboli, ft to 1 Penanco, Oxide, Sternchaser, and Tho Rebel. For tho Cup, Zalinski is being nibbled at at 100 to 3 to 100 to 4. For tho Caultield Cup Bungebah is quoted at 3 to 1, while 100 to 8 is offered (\K.\insl either Clonnrd, Dillon, Forest King, or Glenloth.
