All Objections thereto must be left at the Courthouse, Thames street, on or befote the 15th Day of FEBRUARY, addressed to the Assessment Court ; and a Copy of each Objection must be left at the Borough Council Chambers, Thames street, not less than Seven Days befote the sitting of the said Court.
