Auckland, D^tember 27. The yacht T aant, with six men dh board, wh<oh went ont for s 10 days* cruise on Boxing Day, was c%ptiz9<l ia the Raagltoto Channel by a squill. F «or of the men w«re drowned — vir., Denby (artist), Hammnnd («oo of an arehiteot), BenkH*r> (artint), and Armitreog (ion of Captain Armstrong). The other two were raved by swimming twoaii«s. The bodies of the drowned m^n have net yet been found.
