The homeward Australian maila(Melbourne, April 21), per P. and O. company's Khedive, were delivered hero to-day, via Brindisi.

The various despatches which have passed between the New Zealand and the home governments on the subject of the recent Maori embaisy have been published. Among them is a memorandum from the New Zealand Ministry, dated March 28, *hicb> pclares that there ii nothing ia tb# memorial presented by the embuaur which had not been previously satisfactorily answered by tho colonial government.
