SIR TETER LUMSDEN'a GRAVE CHARGES AGAINST GENERAL KOMAROFF The lollowing telegram was sent by Lieutenant-General Sir Peter Lumsden to Earl Gr&Tiville, and relntes to the fight between the Russians and the Afghans at A k-Tepe.— Tirpul, April 17.
