Zealand reports of che iocal grain market as follows : Wheat, per bushel, 3s lid ; the market is much steadier. Malting barley is dull, and heavy sorta are quoted to-day at 4s. New Zealand oats, feeding sorts, are without material change. The market if anything is weaker, and to-day's prices are 2-j lOd to 3a Id; milling sorts are in fair demand at 3s Id to 3s 3d. New Zealand oats, under bond, are slow of aye at 2^ Id to 2s sd.

Sailed, this afternoon — Dnion steamship Waihora, for the I.luff. London, July 21. Colonial breadstuff's and tallow are unchanged. Consols huvo declined to 100-|. New Zealand securities remain at last quotations.

The market rate of discount has fallen 1-J-, and is now |- below the bank rate.

•The homeward mails by way of Suez and Brindisi, per steamship Potosi, from Melbourne (June 12th), were delivered here to-day.
