UNLICENSED SPORTSMEN.
TO THE KDITOU. Sir, — A goodly number of persons have this season taken out hoodies to destroy game ; but a much greater number shoot and trespass with impunity without going to the expense of a license. Can you tell me whose duty it is to prevent unlicensed shooting, and why no attempt is made to enforce the Inw ? If thero is a ranger, could he not ho induced to pay an occasional visit to the Oanmru Ortpe. On Sunday mornings and public holidays he would bo oonain of a " (good I bag." Muzzle Loadku.
