At the Supreme Court to-day, Robert Ilickling, on a ohargo of indecent assault, nil acquitted. So far the Supremo Court sessions have been very barren, only one case out of seven resulting in a conviction. At a mooting of tho directors of the Wollington-Manavratu Railway Company, hold to-day, tho appointment of an engineer to the railway was conferred upon Mr H. P. Hitjginson. M.O E.
