The firing for the Ladies' Challenge Shield took pluoe to-day at the Ont«o It fla Association matches. Ranges, 200, 400, and 600 yards ; set en shots at each rxnge. Tlio North Dinedin and Olutha Rifled oach mads 383, but the former having made the bust score »t the longest range, took the shield. A. oahle message was received by the Union Steamship Company yesterday intimating that their shares had been admitted on the London Stook Exohange.
