This filly obtained second prizo at Sydney exhibition, 1878, boing beaten by a first-class imported filly eight months older than hoi self, and at Sydney exhibition, 1879, sho obtained second prizo in her class, being beaten by her half-sister, a splendid animal, Homo high-priced imported fillios being bohind her. Blossom's dam of this maro obtained first prizo and Champion Cup at Sydnoy exhibition, 187S, and Muir Lad, her siro, obtained champion prize two years in succession. Tho sires of theso fillies aro thoso of tho best horses that over came to Australia, their lists of prizes taken in England, Scotland, as woll as hero, being as long as my arm ; and Muir Lad and Davie are too woll known to need comment. Everyone who moves among our heavy draught stock knows what the Davies and Muir Lads aro like, and that they have no superiors, few equals, if any.
