(See plan No. 10) 2000 acres agricultural land near Gore. (See plan No. 11) 1000 acres agricultural land Riversdale Suburban. (See plans 12 and 3) 2500 acres agricultural land on Caroline Station. (See plan 13) 2000 Acres agricultural land near Lumsden. (See plan 7) 300 acres ngriculturnl land near Oreti. (See plan 9).

Note. — 3000 acres of this land is now under crop ; intending purchasers will therefore have an opportunity of forming m opinion of what the land is capable Tho growing crop will be sold with the land.

Terms for tho purchase of the agricultural land will be : 10 per cent, cash ; 10 per cent, in twelve months ; 10 per cent, in eighteen months ;" 10 per cent, in twenty-four months; 10 per cent, iv thirty months. Balance extending over seven or ten years at the option of the purchaser, bearing interest at tho rate of 6i per cent, The terms for the township will bo tho same, with tho exception that no intciest will be charged.

The Auctioneers would invite special attention of new arrivals and others wishing to obtain first-class farming land. This estate consists of largo plains of alluvial deposit, interspersed with rolling downs of volcanic formation, intersected by neverfailing streams.
