In the Supreme Coqrt the evidence in Henderson v. the Napier Harbor Board was concluded on Saturday evening. Allowing for deduction!, plaintiff's claim amount* to L 12.407 13* 7d. The ca«e i» to be reinmed on Monday at 10 a.m. Miv Rosewarne, the young lady who has taken the leading part in the amateur operatic performance, was presented on the stage last night with a gold wstch by Sir J. C. Wilson, on behalf of the members of the company. The new billiard room at the Terminus Hotel, containing four tables, aud said to be the finest room south of the line, was opened last night by a match between Westqn and a new arrival named Keith. The latter, who received 240 points out of 600, proved to be a good player, aud was only beaten by five or six points.
