TjILEMING AND HEDLEY have received instructions from Mr John Robertson to Sell by Public Auction, unless disposed of privately — LOT 1, containing 175 Acres of the very Choicest Land, all fenced and under cultivation. LOT 2, 158 Acres at Bobbin Owsk. Attached to this lot and enclosed within the same fence is a Leasehold of 53 Acres, at a rental of £25 per annum, and a purchasing clause at £8. TCILEMING AND HEDLEY -*- have received instructions from Mr John Robertson to sell — All the CROPS, 128 Acres, growing on Mount Pleasant Farm, consisting of Barley, 18 acres ; Oats, 59 acres ; Wheat, 33 acres ; Mixed Crop, 8 acres ; Potatoes, 10 acres ; Carrots, 2 acres.

These Crops are looking splendid. The Oats are the. best crop in the district. The Potatoes are excellent, and about ready for market. The Straw ought to prove invaluable to these who keep cows on the Cape and South Oamaru. The Crops will be put up in lots to suit all buyers. Intending purchasers will be shown over the ground by applying to the man at the farm, and none are allowed to trespass.

Princess Alice is this sefton at The Banker. The pure Clydesdale filly FLORA (by Mr Grant's Sir Colin), 3 year*, bred by George Cooper, Esq., Taieri, out of an imported prize grey mare. The auctioneers would call the attention of Breeders to the two pedigree mares as advertised. Princess Alice is, without exception, the best mare ever offered in Oamam, and her stock have already taken Prizes.
