London, Dec. 25 The San Francisco mails were delivered ye&terday.
December 28. The Khedive of Egypt's palace is partially destroyed by fire. A destructive fire has occurred at Hong Kong. It lasted two days, and caused great destruction of property. The Northern, from Londonfor Sydney, has been completely burned, and is supposed to be totally lost, with all hands, off the Snares. A message from the Governor of the Cape requires Cetewayo to disarm and disband his army, to cede St. Lucia Bay, and receive a resident at Court Creek. Commissioners have been appointed for rectifying the frontier. Yakoob Khan has arrived at Jellalabad. This is regarded as a sis?n of submission.
