CLEARED OUTWARDS. Jan. 2— Prince Rupert, ketch, 60 tons, Harming, for Kakanui, in ballast. Master, agent. Jan. 2— Franklin Belle, ketch, 30 tonß, Matheaon, for Kakanui. Master, agent. Jan. 2 — W*it»ki, b.s., 228 tons, Edie, for Dunedin. H. Aitken, agent.
EXPORTS. Per Waitaki, for Dnnetlin— 2B bales wool, M'Master ; 94 bales wool, N.Z.L. and M.A. Co.
The Oamaru and Dunedin Steamship s s. Waitaki, Captain Edie, arrived in port yesterd»y morning at the usu.il time from Dunedin, with general cargo and passengers. She left again for Dunedin at 8 p.m. yesterday with a large consignment of wool for transhipment into Home ships. The Union steamship Co 's s.s. Hawea, Captain Kennedy, arrived here from Dunedin at 1 p.m. on New Year's Day, with a large number of excursionists She left again for Dunedin at 4 p.m. same day. The ketches Prince Rupert and Franklin Belle sailed for Kakanui yesterday, in ballast.
