Specification can be obtained and sample of tho quality of Canvas to be employed can be seen at tho Stores Manager's Oflico, Christchurch, the General Manager's Office, Dunedin, and tho District Statiomcastor's Office, Oannru. Bullock Waggon and Dray Horse Waggon, two Drays and Tip Cart (quite new), Ploughs, Harrows, Rollers, Stores, Tools, Sheep Netting, Grass Seeds, etc. There are about 700 acres which have been subdivided into small fields, cultivated and now in crop. The freehold will be sold at a moderate price (especially so when its quality is considered), and on reasonable terms, everything else will be given in. If the property is sold before the Ist February, 1879, the wool will be included, if not, the sheep will bo shorn and the numbers will stand precisely as enumerated, less the wool. Upon the freehold there is on unlimited supply of coal, limestone, and freestone. Tho only reason for disposing of this favorite property is the serious indisposition of a member of the proprietor's family, which compels him to leave the colony. The termimis of the Otautau and Nightcaps Railway is upon the run, and within a short distance of the freehold, and the proposed extension to the Waiau passes through the centre of the estate, and close to the present homestead. The above property will be offered for competition by public auction in Dunedin about the middle of February, 1879. if not earlier disposed of by private contract.
