On and after the 1st of November, the price of Advertisements in this paper will be 3s. 9d. per inch, inside, and la. 6d. per inch outside. 25 per cent, •will be deducted for cash payments; *nd 20 per cent, d'scount will be allowed on all accounts paid within onb month of rendering.
