RULES AND REGULATIONS. Members and Subscribers to tho Association to exhibit free. Any person can exhibit Stoek on paying a feo of Ono Pound ; Farm Produce, Implements, &c., on paying a feo of Ten Shillings ; and Dairy Produce, Poultry, &c, on paying a feo of Two Shillings and Sixpenco each exhibit. The name, residence, and district of the exhibitor and breeder, tho breed of th« animal he intends to exhibit, the pedigree]" \of tho Stock as far as known and of Sheep tho timo of shearing mu3t be given, to tho Secretary with entry in wiiting fourteen days previous to the Show, or he will not bo allowed to compete. All Stock exhibited Bhall bo bonafide the property of the exhibitor or his principal. No competitor shall bo allowed to exhibit more than four (4) lots of oach description. Stock which cannot be shown in a competing class, may be exhibited as Extra Stock. In no case shall a premium be adjudged unless the Judges shall deem tho lot to possess sufficient merit, more especially if only ono lot is presonted for a premium. All Stock for competition is to bo taken into the Society's Yards by Eight o'clock on the morning of the Exhibition, except Horses, which must bo in the Yard by Ten o'clock. Entries for Stock will bo received by tho undersigned at Oamaiu, not later than the 29th October, and all other exhibits not later than the 9th Novembor, 1868. JOHN LOCKE, Sccrotary.
