EXTRA STOCK. L20 to be loft to the discretion of the Judges

RULES AND REGULATIONS. Membii's and Subscribers to the Association to exhibit free. Any person can exhibit Slock on paying a fee of One Pound ; Farm Province, Implements, &c, on puj ing a fee of Ten Shillings ; and Dairy Produce, Poultry, &c, on paying a fee of Two Shillings and Sixpence each exhibit. The name, residence, and district of tho exhibitor and breeder, the breed ol th« animal he intends to exhibit, the pedigree of tho Stock as far as known, and of Sheep the time of shearing must be given to the Secretary with entry in writing fourteen dajs previous to tho Show, or he will not be allowed to compete. All Stock exhibited shall be bonafide the property of tho exhibitor or his principal. No competitor shill bo allowed to exhibit more than four (4) lots of each description. Stock which cannot be shown m a competing class, may be exhibited as Extra Stock. In no case shall a premium be adjudged unless the Judges shall deem tho lot to possess sufficient merit, more especially if only one lot is presonted for a premium. All Stock for competition is to bo taken into the Society's Yards by Eight o'clock on the morning of the Exhibition, except Horses, which must be in the Yard by Ten o'clock. EutneB for Stock will be received by the undersigned at Oamaru, not later than the 29th October, and all other exhibits not later than the 9th November, 1868. JOHN LOCKE, Secretary.
