have received instructions from the Trust*** in the Estate of W. O. Whitehead to sell by auction, at their rooms, High*itreet, Dunedin, on Wednesday, 2r3d January next, at 2 o'clock, The following Valuable Freehold Properties :— L O T I. Sections Nos. 71, 73, 73, and 74, Block VL, Otepopo District, containing 206 sens, or thereby. On this lot is built a substantial Stone House of nine rooms, well-finished throughout, and commanding an extensive and varied view of the surrounding neigh* borhood. The outhouses consist of • 4* stalled stable, built of wood and roofed with iron, together with pens, stockyard, pig* geries, &c, and every requisite for carrying on an extensive dairy and cropping farm. The land is all arable, and in the district there is almost an unlimited run for cattl*. About 120 acres have been fenced, 40 acre* of which are now bearing a crop of wheat and oata. There is a garden of about half-an-acre closely fenced with splits, and partly stocked with fruit trees, &c. Th* land is well watered, and bush in close proximity. The dwelling-home is insured for £500.
