PRUSSIA.
The troops made a triumphant entree into Berlin on the 20th ultimo. The King was present. G-rand banquet the following day by the Municipality of Berlin ; the King was present, and thanked the people and army for support during the war. Legislative body of Frankfort dissolved for declining to take oath of allegiance to Prussia. In the Chamber of Deputies there has been a debate on the Loan Bill. Tho Minister of Finance eventually agreed to amend ; authorising maximum loan of thirty or forty millions of thalers in place of sixty millions demai.ded.
