Tho winner to be sold by auction immediately after the race, and the surplus, if any, to go to the fund. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, of £20. For all beaten horses in the previous races. Once round. At least three horses to start or no race. The decisions of the Stewards in all disputes to be final. The Rules of the Otago Jockey Club will be adhered to, and weights where not otherwise specified. No one to be allowed to enter a horse without being a Subscriber to the Race Fund of at least L2 — except for the Hack Races, for which 10s. subscription shall be sufficient.
